STAGE 1: DESIGN
Using sketches and 2D/3D computer presentations, various solution concepts are developed. The draft designs always take account of feasibility and already relevant production processes.
STAGE 2: PATTERN/PROTOTYPES …
Pattern in the necessary quality stage, which range from simple volume models through to prototypes, stereolithographic pattern/model or small series with inexpensive silicone tools with built-in circuit boards, displays, power supplies, connectors…
STAGE 3: IMPLEMENTATION
Implementation of the draft design through to series maturity with 3D programs in regard to tooling and optimized assembly. On request, mediation of suitable partners on toolmaking and production.

SERIES OF MEDICAL DEVICES FOR STIMULATION CURRENT TREATMENT
“Stimulating!” was the accurate assessment by the doctor’s assistant when she saw the latest generation of medical equipment for stimulus – current treatment, ultrasound therapy and vacuum treatment. The different model types are defined by the design of the front panels and use one housing. All models can be stacked in the necessary combinations. The main connections are found at the front in an organically shaped plug cavity. All models were developed totally from design through to series production using ProEngineer, thus reducing development times and lowering costs.

LATEST GENERATION FOR THERMO REGULATION ANALYSIS
The fully development time from the first briefing, followed by sketches, pre – modeling and construction to the final product, including the foil keyboard, were 3 months. CONTROL UNIT FOR WATER MASSAGE
Continuous strings of pearls surge round the stressed – out manager, small water jets massage his tense back and make the workaholic forget about everyday life. The recreational program saved as “Iguaçu” has worked perfectly again … The receiver in the shape of a wave already provides a formal indication of the function of the product. Haptics, as well as ergonomics are defined almost automatically in the remote control. Both housings, made of recyclable, graded ABS shells, are naturally fully waterproof and can withstand any “underwater dive”.

SATELLITE RECEIVER I FTA LUXEMBOURG
RECEIVER FOR FTA Communication Technologies S.a.r.l.
A brief flicker and numerous figures with brown hair romped around on the screen. I wasn’t really familiar with the language or the broadcaster’s logo which appeared in the top right – hand corner. A large M – strange – but anyway, the satellite receiver by FTA definitely worked. Reduced to the main elements, all controls are concealed behind the concavely curved front with a display. The model variants range from a simple basic unit solely for reception through to a personal digital video recorder with an integrated hard disk for recording the required movies. Thanks to intelligent design, all models are produced using one tool.

ARCHITECTURE I RIEBER
STAINLESS STEEL SINKS FOR RIEBER – ARCHITECTURE
Large multi-bowl sink with a small additional bowl to save water when working with two baths or to enable parallel work processes such as pouring out leftovers or washing vegetables. The main basin with its large diagonal is particularly advantageous for cleaning larger objects such as baking trays, chopping boards or woks with ease. The two basins are pulled separately and then welded in. 2 draining boards on the left and right complement the generous model.

PUMP LIGHT I ARTEVERRE
LAMP WITH PNEUMATIC SWITCH
On – Off – On – Off – On….. You will be fascinated to switch the “Pump” by the haptic rubberball. Just a smooth pressure and this new and innovative element produces a light breeze to contact the pneumatic switch at the end. The feedback with a sensitive click, starts the light begin floating through the air.

MYST I SWEDISH BONFIRE
THE MODERN SWEDISH BONFIRE
A cleft tree trunk set on fire, called a Finnish flare or Swedish bonfire, was an archaic symbol of warmth, snugness and security in medieval times. Reinterpreted for modern times, this lamp emanates a mystically reassuring atmosphere. The lamp made of solid oak is available as a tabletop version and a free – standing version and with bulb sockets or with LEDs.

OFFICE CONTAINER SYSTEM I TOPSTAR
OFFICE CONTAINER SYSTEM FOR TOPSTAR
We have redefined office mobility with the rotating containers from Topstar. The modular system enables you to individually configure your office container. No fastening devices or tools are required for their assembly. A tube of steel is placed in a base cross made of glass – fibre – reinforced polyamide with double rollers. This tube is locked by a cone. The rotating container for the particular application location is defined by “threading on” different elements. The larger tabletops and storage units compromise 240° semicircles. To open them, the storage units must merely be rotated until they are aligned with the unit above.

The breeze which comes from the wrist: simply turn, adjust the height as required and off you go: a cool head for big or small people! VACATION REPLACEMENT – THE WATER DISPENSER
Just imagine, you are on holiday and your geraniums at home are dying of thirst. This thought could spoil your 2 weeks on the beach in Italy. And now imagine that this wasn’t a problem and that an expensive home help could be replaced. Our Powerflower will calm your nerves. Developed with and for Koziol, a product with high nutritional value! The leaf is the water reservoir while water slowly diffuses through the clay cone into the earth, thus watering your plants. The NRW Design Centre presented the international award “reddot – best of the best” to the patented Powerflower for the highest possible design quality.

SADDLE COVER WITH BOX I TCHIBO
PROTECTIVE SADDLE COVER WITH STORAGE BOX
It’s summertime, it’s hot and you’ve parked your bicycle in front of the beer garden. A brief summertime thunderstorm roars over, it rains and the saddle gets wet. In earlier days, the old “household remedy” was the plastic bag stuffed beneath the saddle and pulled over it when necessary. In cooperation with Tchibo, we transferred the idea to a product. Today, Tchibo offers an elegant box with reflector and a saddle cover in it, which can be pulled over the saddle at any time and ready to use with a flexible cord.

SETS OF PAINT BRUSHES I HECHT INTERNATIONAL
BRUSH SETS FOR HOFER
Multifunctional paint – brushes for different kinds of paints with a 2–component grip and some smart details. The ergonomic grip zone is rubber–like, the end can be used to open the paint cans and a multifunctional clip allows to lay down or fix the brush without dropping.

But now, we got the solution – the mobile advent wreath, amazing and of course small enough for your trouser pocket. You will take centre stage within seconds and you can be sure of an extensive conversation. This is by the way the target of every advertising tactic, isn’t it?
